The TILIA office complex at 25 Gutenberg Street is a redevelopment of the former bourgeois girls' school. The all-inclusive facility combines elements of a 19th-century bourgeois building and today’s modern office buildings in a unique way: while the locally protected facade on Gutenberg Street has been preserved, visitors are welcomed by a completely new, modern building front on Hajnóczy Street. As a spectacular element of the project, a new passageway has been created between Hajnóczy and Gutenberg streets. With around 5,300 m² of leasable office space, nearly 900 m² of retail space and a 90-space underground car park, the building was completed in the second quarter of 2025.
